  1. Swipe up on the form to see all fields
  2. Add photos even when offline
  3. Use clear descriptions and fill out all the details you can
  4. Location, areas and details can be updated afterward.

Troubleshooting

If the map does not respond, ensure you have network coverage or allow a few seconds for offline mode to load

If placement fails or you want to reset everything, click back to the home page and re-select the Add Hazard or Feature icon.
