The hazard map provides a visual layout of your site and all its logged hazards. The map will be updated with the sites most recent survey scans, as well as a base map. Visual layers can be toggled on and off based on the users preferences.
How to access the hazard Map:
Step 1. Launch the HazView app and login.
Step 2. Open the hazard Map.
For PC and Tablets, the Map button will be on the left hand side of the screen.
For Mobile, the Map button will be on the bottom of the screen.
Using the hazard Map:
Zoom in and out using your mouse scroll wheel, or by pinching your fingers on the screen.
Left click on any triangle hazard icon with your mouse, or tap any triangle hazard with your finger to select a hazard.
On PC and tablet screens, the hazard information will open on the left.
On a mobile, the hazard information will open from the bottom of your screen.
Hide the hazard information by clicking the vertical orange button on the right hand side of the side panel.
You can also left click and drag this orange button to resize the panel at any time.
