HazView allows for as-con aerial imagery to be stitched into
the latest full-site image. This lets sites keep their site-wide image up to
date without having to reprocess the entire site.
Step 1. Access the Settings and As-Con Overlay options
Navigate to Maps and GIS from within the Admin menu.
If a user does not have admin privileges, they will not be able to access this
menu.
Inside the Maps and GIS settings select Master Imagery
Configuration and select As-Con Overlay on the right hand side (Figure 47).
Step 2. Select the source layer you will stitch over.
Each time you stitch in a new as-con, a new site-wide
overlay will be created.

Step 4. Upload as-cons
Stitch all your as-con flights together into a .zip.
For each flight would will need a .jpg and a .jgw.
- ZIP Archive (.zip)
- .jpg flight 1
- .jgw flight 1
- .jpg flight 2
- .jgw flight 2
Once prepared, select "Add Files" and select this .zip.
You will then be asked to select a Coordinate Reference System (CRS).
Important: Double check your CRS is correct. Some sites have a specific coordinate system for their as-cons.

Step 5: Start Overlay Job
Once your as-cons and CRS is selected, click "Start Overlay Job".
Your files will begin to upload. Once it is finished, it will begin to process.
At this stage, you can navigate away from the page.
Processing usually takes 10-30 minutes.
You can check on the progress at any time.
Once uploaded, a new overlay image will be processed and
created. This will automatically replace the latest imagery within HazView for
general users. You can see if this has completed successfully in the completed
layers module.
