Caution: Any changes made in the OCE Report Generator are made within the HazView database. All inspections and changes to hazard details are logged and updated everywhere.
Change hazard details
The hazard details can be changed as required by selecting the text. Use caution as all changes made here are made within the HazView database.
Inspect hazards and areas
You can mark hazards as inspected by selecting the hazards checkbox and selecting "Inspect Selected" on the bottom left of your screen.

Tab Details
Areas
The areas tab shows all of your sites areas. You can see the name, its current status, and when it was last inspected.
Reported
The reported tab shows hazards that have been reported during the current shift.
Reinspected
All hazards that have been reinspected during the shift will show up here.
Resolved
All hazards that have been resolved during the shift will show up here.
Still Active
All hazards that are still active and have not been inspected during the shift will show up here.
