If you cannot resolve the issue using the help articles, contact the HazView Support Team.

General issues:

Access the support desk and ticket features at https://support.hazview.com

For general information calls are available during business hours.

Critical Issues:

For critical issues, you can call Hazview support any time at 0423 912 557.

Escalate to the HazView support team when:
  1. You have no internet and need to generate your stat-report
  2. Critical hazards are missing or not loading
  3. The app will not open
Tips

  1. Screenshots help support resolve issues faster
  2. Poor internet connection will slow down syncing. This is best addressed through your IT team
  3. If the problem affects multiple users on site, report it immediately so the team can investigate
