Immediate Checks

If the app isn't updating, the first steps are to:
  1. Confirm you have network coverage and offline mode is not engaged
  2. Refresh the page or close and reopen the app

Most issues can be resolved quickly by checking connection status, refreshing the app or reviewing the support guides.

Force Sync and Clear Local Data

If you are having issues syncing or believe you have corrupted data:
  1. Select the data sync icon at the top left of the home page (Figure 20).
  2. Select Force Sync to force all data to re-sync (Figure 21).
  3. Select Clear Local Data to completely wipe and re-download all data (Figure 21).
