Generating and Submitting Report
To generate the report, select the Report tab (Figure 9).
This will pull in the latest information and show your report.
You can’t change any information from within this tab.
To change information, do it in HazView Core or in the Sign-on/Keypoints/JSA
tabs.
- Submit (saves the version in the Old
Reports tab and in the cloud)
- Emails can be automatically sent once submitted
to defined emails, or Roles.
- Multiple revisions can be submitted
- Share allows users to share the report as a pdf to any standard channel (copy paste, email e.g.)
- Print Report (prints the report)
- Download PDF (downloads the file as a
.pdf for distribution)
