Managing Automatic Keypoints

Managing Automatic Keypoints

Automatic keypoints are populated from HazView Core.

If you don’t see a specific hazard/feature Keypoint in the list, it is likely the Keypoint property hasn’t been added to that hazard/feature or it does not have an active status.

Step 1. Navigating to the Automatic Keypoints

Selecting the Keypoints tab and scroll down to the Automatic Keypoints section. Ensure your data has finished syncing (top left of your screen).

Step 2. Manage Automatic Keypoints

You can edit any current key points by selecting the tile (Figure 9).
Editing options will expand allowing you to change the text or the tags. Once your edits have been made, select the save button.

If you want to delete that hazard/features keypoint, remove all the text and click save or click the trash can.

For automatic keypoints you can’t change the colour manually. The colour scheme will be based on site standards e.g. JSA related as blue text and shot related as red text.

Note: All changes made here will update that Keypoint property in HazView core.
